Dr. Taylor Hartman

I never planned to become a chiropractor until my senior year of high school when a back injury took me off the softball field. Sitting on the sidelines watching my teammates practice was devastating. I wondered if I’d ever play again.

When my athletic trainer recommended chiropractic care, everything changed. Through conservative treatment (no pain meds, no shots, no surgery), I not only healed, I came back stronger.

That moment changed everything. I realized healing isn’t just about getting back to where you were. It’s about discovering you’re capable of so much more.

That experience shaped my entire approach to patient care and ignited my passion for helping young athletes overcome injury and reach their full potential.

Why Limitless is The Place for You

I offer something different at Limitless Sports Chiropractic. I specialize in working with high school athletes preparing to compete at the next level, but my approach goes far beyond just treating injuries.

More Than an Athlete

The reality is that most young athletes will eventually move on from competitive sports. I want them to know their worth extends far beyond the game. I'm here to help them perform at their peak while building resilience and confidence that will serve them for life.

Healing Starts in the Mind

I'm deeply passionate about the mental side of healing and performance. I've seen firsthand how mindset can transform outcomes. Athletes can't put limits on themselves because of a diagnosis, negative self-talk, or unrealistic expectations. When they believe they can heal and perform at their best, that's when real transformation happens.

Evidence-Based Care with Realistic Expectations

I'm not here to promise a one-visit miracle. Healing takes time, and my goal is to help your athlete return to play safely and sustainably so they can compete at their highest level without risking re-injury. My approach blends manual therapy, dry needling, IASTM, cupping, and rehabilitation with personalized care plans.

Every Patient Feels Seen, Heard, and Valued

When you bring your athlete to Limitless Sports Chiropractic, my goal is for them to feel progress, not just physically, but emotionally. I want them to leave each appointment knowing they made the right decision and that together, we're moving toward their goals.

At Limitless Sports Chiropractic, every athlete has the potential to heal beyond their limits.

I bring both personal athletic experience and advanced professional training to every patient interaction. Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, I grew up playing soccer and softball throughout high school, so I understand firsthand what it's like to be a young athlete with big dreams.
